Port Angeles Lefties. CORVALLIS, Ore. — The Port Angeles Lefties return home to play 18 games at Civic Field this month and are likely glad to be out of Corvallis, Ore., for the season. The Corvallis Knights, who draw heavily from Oregon State, an NCAA baseball powerhouse, have won five straight West Coast League championships and are 16-5 this season. They just swept the Lefties in a three-game series. The Lefties lost Sunday 12-3 on Sunday to complete the sweep. The Knights also won 10-6 on Saturday and 11-1 on Friday, breaking the 10-run barrier all three games against Port Angeles.
